Applicable Terms & Conditions concerning Memogram's services

Course Reservations
 Any course reservation can be cancelled up to 30 calendar days prior to course start. After that, the reservation is binding.
Payment terms
The course fee (plus applicable taxes) is invoiced at  course start. No-show without prior cancellation will result into full course-fee invoice, for more information read our cancelation conditions carefully, see below. Payments are 30 days due net.
Cancellation Conditions
 Cancellation more than 30 calendar days before the course start is free of charge.
If a cancellation is made 15-30 calendar days before the first day of the course, 50% of the course fee will be charged.
If a cancellation is made less than 15 calendar days before the first day of the course, the full course fee will be charged.
Change of Participant Name
You may change name of participant at any time, but please ensure to inform us 24 hours before the course starts.
Cancellation of course by Memogram
 Memogram reserves the right to cancel alternatively change dates of a course, in the event of unforeseen illness, accident or other reasons. In the event Memogram changes the course date or cancels  the course, the customer is entitled to cancel participation and receive a full refund.
Force Majeure
Memogram shall not be liable for any failure to deliver a course due to events outside the company's reasonable control, including earthquake, labor disputes, actions of governmental entities, riots, war, fire, epidemics, or delays of common carriers or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
